There is lounges in D, E and F. There is no Aeroflot lougne in C as Aeroflot do not fly from there. You can freely walk between D, E and F airside

Was thinking the same thing when I read about his MR from Hong Kong to Caracas. Hope he was not planning to credit to SM his Moscow to Havana flight!

If Snowden starts posting here and carries on while he is in transit zone, how soon do you think he will oust you as a FlyerTalk Posting Legend? Assuming of course that he still is in the terminal, of course.

:D

If an individual were to end up being "stuck" airside at SVO for nearly 18 years -- which is sort of a reported maximum someone has sort of remained in the international transit area of an airport -- who knows. I only get unreliable internet when airside at SVO. Some Iranian woman apparently once lived at SVO for ten months due to legal limbo.

Sort of counterproductive for a person with Snowden circumstances and disposition to post on FT when IB will hand over the information to the US Government without much if any fuss. Then again, that could be useful to try to get by way of deception.

No one suggested that Snowden sell the movie rights now to finance a private charter flight? ;) An airside manhunt at SVO ought to make for an interesting subplot at least. :D

Where's the escape capsule?

A charter is better. Someone should be able to pony up $250,000 to pull it off.

If he's indeed still in the airport transit zone, he's probably been moved by the authorities to a secure non-public part. Or perhaps he's been moved to the transit zone area at the novotel, and he's holed up in a room.
