VV claims that the navigation debts have bee paid;
However, SVO airport issued a press release stating that as of tomorrow (11 December) it would not accept VV flights unless it settles its 165 million roubles ($5,4 million) debt owned to the airport and its subsidiaries.

Even on their own web site, they are admitting payment issues: http://global.aerosvit.com/eng/index...ews/14242.html. Not sure if this instills a lot of confidence.

VV files for bankruptcy, transfers some of the short-haul routes to Ukraine Int'l.
No mention about disruption of operations, so probably VV will continue flying as of now.

This was not announced earlier.. obviously, if this isn't resolved soon, VV wouldn't fly anywhere.
