Refused any refund from Lyft or credit card
Got in the car and noticed the driver was different than the photo. Was in a hurry to a doctor so continued the ride. The driver then speeds 80 in a 55 and has to stop for gas on a 15 mile ride. Overall horrible experience and I didn’t feel safe.
Lyft refused to refund the ride since I got from point A to point B. My credit card company also denied a chargeback when I disputed.
Am I being unreasonable? Anything else I can do?

Yes I don't think you were entitled to a refund. You ate the steak and should pay for it. Totally understandable to file a safety complaint and give the driver a low rating. However, if you were uncomfortable with the ride you should have addressed the speed with the driver or gotten out and terminated the ride. I realize that is easier said then done but after the ride is over you have little recourse. If you were overcharged then I would agree that amount back is due.

Can’t remember if Lyft charges wait time or not, if they do you should get a credit for the time he wasted getting gas. otherwise not a lot you can do except rate him low and report his unsafe driving. I am surprised Lyft didn’t you a credit of like $5. Ive never had an issue with Lyft drivers but had problems twice with Uber drivers I gave a one star too and stated the reason and both times Uber gave me a $5 credit for a future ride
