Horses have blinders on that pulled for hire carriages, I guess Uber drivers have to wear them too.

What does this even mean? Was he leering at her, just watching her, doing something else unusual with his eyes? Are eyes truly the windows to the soul such that you could tell what he was thinking just by his eye movements?

I'm being serious. What exactly happened other than the driver watching the passenger walk away?
