Uber rebate credit via Visa spending

The REAL mess is that my monthly AMEX credits, remaining uber gift card balance, and my Visa local balances are also gone!!!!!

4.173.3 as far as I can tell via the Google Play Store.
At first the list wasn't there, and then when I visited my payments page, and went back to the main screen again it reappeared.

This is the version showing on mine....I update the app every time it's offered so this is the latest update that's available on Apple's app store.

The November vendors have loaded and here is the non restaurant update:
Whole Foods: 5%
Petco: now only 5%
*Staples is gone and Nordstrom for 20% is gone (went missing before October 31st.)

Nordstrom appeared for me @ 10% right after I made a $200 purchase (no Uber credit), I had my shoes shined there for $3.50 (35 cents - yahoo!) and now they're gone.
