The merchants are none-too-concerned about that: an attitude of "I'll deal with MC/Visa objections if and when they hassle me about minimums ..." My complaints so far about this being against T&C have generally resulted in either "Well I have to do what the owner/manager says to" or "Gee, I [owner/mananger] didn't know that." The latter really means "I realize I'm not supposed to do that, but I intend to keep insisting on a minimum [or imposing a surcharge] anyway." Once, did I ever have a minimum waived, and that was from a bartender who suspected I'd refuse to pay cash, and he'd have to call the cops on me otherwise.

When I log into the Idine site (I'm with AA) it shows around 25 restaurants in the Greater Vancouver area, 19 in Vancouver. (The two Incendio locations and Don Francesco are actually quite good.)

It may depend if you're elite with R/N. If you are, some more locations may show than when your the lower tier.

That has happened to me in my area. Once I became elite, more locations showed up. (At one time, I was elite with UA R/N but not with US R/N. The lists were similar, but UA had more. When I became elite with US, the lists were identical!)
