"Your account is locked..."
This is the 2nd time this has happened. I attempt to log in once (also noticed that my username wasn't saved), and it says "Your account is locked. Please contact customer service at 1 (800) 479-5981 (8 a.m. to midnight ET, 7 days a week)." Locking usually takes place after a few attempts, no?
At first I didn't think anything of it. But now... I'm wondering if someone's trying to break into my account...? Anyone else having diffculties? |
My account has locked out every day this week. You did nothing wrong. According to the rep I spoke with, there have been problems with the software and this has been happening. It is frustrating though.

IceT, I suspect that idine caught on to your check-splitting for the bonus scam, and has locked your account. Have you noticed how when you use your credit card the restaurant tries to stall you? It is because the Idine police want to capture and torture you for check-splitting, an offense punishable by 5 years in prison, and a 100,000 mile fine.
