You won't get a good deal doing that. You'll get a huge cross border fee. The rental company would need to return the vehicle at some point. A vehicle registered outside the EU (Switzerland) can't stay in the EU, not without lots of administrative hassle and cost.

Rent from Zurich airport to Geneva airport (swiss side)
Then rent from Geneva airport (French side) and drop in Paris
Also works Zurich-Basel airport (Swiss) and Basel airport(French)-Paris
This way you don't have a cross border fee and it involves minimal amount of walking between the two agencies
