If you rented a car from Dollar or Thrifty during the time period of January 1, 2011 through January 7, 2019 and were charged for PlatePass or toll fees, you may be eligible for a refund of the PlatePass or toll fees charged by Dollar or Thrifty (but not the toll fees paid to the toll authority). Consumers may be eligible to receive a refund for their first rental transaction when they were charged for PlatePass or a toll fee that was not disclosed. Claims must be filed no later than July 7, 2019.
