Dollar security deposit charge
 

Hello, can anyone tell me what car rental company dollar charge for they're security deposit at Orlando international airport please

I can't say for certain about Dollar in Orlando, but typically rental companies will take a hold of the total amount of the rental plus $150. You can always call them at 800-800-4000 and ask.

I have found the amounts vary a lot by location. For instance, in Charlotte, a $200 hold is normal plus the rental cost, but in PA, many locations it is only $50 plus rental cost.

Outside exotics and high end specialty cars, the highest I've ever seen has been $200 plus rental cost from the major rental companies.

I assume Orlando is the same...
 

...to their credit, Alamo charges 0 deposit (zero) in all rental locations I've visited. Just a hold for the actual estimated cost of the rental.
