I'm renting an SUV in Bolivia (LPD) Nov 27-30 and none of the BCD codes seem to give any discount in that country. Am I out of luck or has anyone had success getting a discount here?

Anyone used X474200 lately? My searches show it is/was a travelocity code.
This code gives a killer discount for an SUV at MCO during Easter Week - $263.99 (cpn MUWZ020) all in versus $800 - $1000+ with other car rental companies.
