Dollar Express Renter Rewards balance page?
 

Just logged into the Dollar website to check my Renter Rewards balance to see when my next free day cert was to be earned but am unable to find the page that displays my activity/RR totals. It was always buried on the Dollar site but now I cannot find it at all.

I searched back five pages on this forum without finding anything. If I missed it...my apologies but if you could please post the link that would be much appreciated. And thanks in advance for keeping the snarky "use the search feature" replies to yourself. ;-)

Did you ever figure this one out? I assume Dollar broke their own web site and this information is not available online anywhere.

I never did hear anything about this. I'm going to call on Monday then will post another update

I hit them up on Twitter and was told to go to their web site. I told them it's not on their web site, and they told me to login.

So... helpful...

I called in this morning and the rep was able to access my account and advise of my current rewards balance. She stated it would be "around the 1st of year" before this information is accessible via the website.

Good to hear, man! I've been tweeting back and forth with Dollar, and they didn't get the memo.

Picked up a car from Dollar last night and was planning on asking the Express staff what my balance is.... except they had no express staff. Had to wait in two lines to get my car, and was originally given a car with half a tank and smelling like smoke. Switched cars. Awful experience, gonna try to stay away from Dollar in the future after all their bumbling.
