You will get Hermolis, which from London will almost certainly have a fresh (not frozen) starter and dessert, and most probably a fresh salad. It should be excellent. They are about the tops for airline kosher food, anywhere. I think that if you are in F you will also get a choice of main courses. Just remind them in advance that the hot portion must be heated only completely sealed, and may only be opened in your presence at your seat, after being heated.

Pretty sure it would be Hermolis, and good. I am doing TLV-LHR on bmi next week in C and can report on KSML there if you like.
BTW, for really good kosher F class meals think about flying LH via FRA. You will get a really excellent meal on the flights from FRA. You can have another F class meal in the lounge if you ask in advance.

As far as I am aware, you can now (it was not possible for a few months when they moved to T5, but I am told it is possible now). I would suggest phoning the Concorde lounge in advance just to check they will have a meal for you.

The kosher food from FRA in F went up 2 notches a couple of months ago. They revamped all the menus, and they are really excellent now.
Re lounge food - I think it does compare to the non-kosher offering in the first class terminal/lounge. Last time I got a 4 course meal with a variety of appetizers, delicious braised steak, filled pancakes for dessert etc etc. Another time I got a roast beef starter, pasta with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes etc etc.
Re kosher food in BA First lounge - no need to order. You can get it in all the T5 lounges, including the business class lounge, from stock. I got a Hermolis meal of spaghetti and meatballs.

I'll be in the Concorde Room next week and asked You First about kosher meals. They told me to call them the day before travel (0800 408 7667 from the UK, or +44 161 448 3013) and they'll double check that there's one there for you.

One negative point on the LH meals was that the starters were meaty (smoked duck breast / roast beef) and the mains were parev, so I had the starter thinking I'd be meaty anyway and then it was parev. I'd have preferred not to have had the starter and be parev for a proper cup of tea. But the fruit tea that LH provided was absolutely delicious so it wasn't a bit deal being fleischig.

Really difficult question to answer! They would both score 8-9/10. I think that on the day I preferred the LH meal (supplied by the Sohar restaurant in Frankfurt) because it was fish rather than meat (ie lighter) and also I think the presentation was a notch better. But had I been hungry then I'd have gone for Hermolis. Also, I'd had the whole F Class Terminal experience and it was such a pleasure not to have to go through Terminal 5 that I was having rather a good time.

One tip if you travel in F is to ask for a KSML in the first class lounge or terminal. This is in addition to your meal(s) on the plane, and is a First class breakfast, lunch or dinner, per the time of day. It is very useful if you have a long layover, or want to eat before a night flight (eg LH690 to TLV). Definitely better than the equivalent in LHR that I have seen.

Meals from Sohar are always fleishig, as there is no milchig kitchen. Even breakfasts are fleishig - delicious cold cuts, omlette/pancakes, fruit salad etc. Normally either starter or main is fish - it alternates each month, ie odd months all the same and even months the same. The presentation is indeed excellent, and agree that quantities are not enormous. But to be honest sometimes with Hermolis there is too much food, eg LHR-SIN in F!
