Kosher food in JFK?

Hello everyone,
My daughter is going on a trip to Israel in February, flying into JFK on JetBlue and connecting to El Al. She is with a group of 11 teens and 3 chaperones, and they are limited to eating kosher food. They do have a scheduled 5 hour layover but I understand they will have to change terminals, re-enter security, etc. Are there any restaurants or locations in either Terminal 4 or 5 which offer kosher food? I tried Google but much of what I found seems very dated. Does anyone have current information? Thank you for your help!

This answer, like many in life, can best be found using google (or any of their competitors)

Here is a list of the various eateries at JFK:

Googling "Kosher Food JFK" yields the following:

One can also order food delivered from off-airport:

Despite the links above, I, a Kosher traveler do not remember ever seeing Kosher food in terminal 4. ( never looked while in the Jet Blue Terminal) Maybe I am there too late in the evening and it is sold out? I would strongly suggest that she bring something from home that can be eaten later.

Or just relax a bit. One can always find fruit. I've never met a non-Kosher banana.

Why do I not see 11 teens and their 3 chaperones paying to access the King David Lounge! C'mon bring a sandwich from home--or buy a yogurt or fruit at the airport.

CIBO Express shops throughout most JFK terminals carry packaged kosher certified sandwiches.
