Caterer was Hermolis.
Dinner was an underwhelming chicken dish which was mainly rice. No photos and barely ate it.
Breakfast was much more appealing, with some jealous looks from other passengers who were left with the Korean style savoury porridge dish (with fish sauce no less!)
My beans and omelette were delicious, as was the strawberry milkshake.
Asiana Hermolis Kosher Breakfast
Caterer was Hermolis.
Dinner was an underwhelming chicken dish which was mainly rice. No photos and barely ate it.

Lunch was a very nice beef dish served with a smoked salmon side (which was meh)
The evening meal was a weird one. It was a breakfast style thing of eggs and tomatoes, along with ... something wet? And a dry cake. Didn't really eat any of this meal.
It was also served with jam and butter, but no bread 🤷♂️
Forgot to check who the caterer was but the certification is KA.
Note - the plates were not supplied with the meal. I asked the flight attendants to plate up the meal on regular plates, but if you are strict kosher you will need to eat out of the plastic trays with plastic cutlery provided.
