@ajholmes Welcome to flyertalk and the Religious Travlers forum. Hope to see more of you on here.
Last time I flew UA from LHR it was Stogel and I believe it is still the case unless this has changed since July. In regards to what meal you get form EWR, it will be Borenstein. Probably best to bring your own food on both flights as the meals are quite far off enjoyment.

Think I got the last version plus your additions, but the editing seems a bit off. Needs some work.

That's an interesting question. Last May I flew that route with my wife, but in F. We were given meals from a local caterer, who also provided the really excellent meals we were served on 3 Comair (owned by BA and badged as BA) flights we had taken (served on china with metal cutlery). However, the F meals on BA were significantly less good than the business class meals on Comair, and were served on plastic with very cheap plastic cutlery!! I wrote to the head of international catering at BA (Colin Talbot) and he apologised most profusely for the situation. In August he sent me photos of the new kosher meal service from JNB in F, which looked very impressive. I have no idea whether the improvement will also be made to CW, but I would like to think that it would. After all, the same company produce really excellent meals for pretty short hop Comair flights, so they are certainly capable of doing good things, and BA certainly shook up the kosher meal offerings from JNB in F ...
