Lounge access for points in London?
 
Do any of the Radisson/Park Plaza hotels in London offer lounge access at the premium award level, or is that always at extra charge? The Aqua in Chicago offers lounge access for the higher redemption level, but that doesn't appear to be the case in London.

I think there is only one hotel in London that has a lounge - Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

The following also have lounges:

Park Plaza Riverbank / Plaza on the River - Apparently share the same lounge

Park Plaza London Waterloo

Park Plaza Victoria London - Unlike the others, this one says nothing about an upcharge for the lounge, so it may have promise

I'm pretty sure that I have seen signs for an Executive Lounge in the PP London County Hall as well.

they used to have an executive lounge, they still have signs for it but it has been closed for years.
