Radisson in Cairns
 

Anyone have any information about the Radisson in Cairns, Australia? I'll be staying there March 3-7 and don't have much experience with Radisson (or too many other hotels for that matter....yet). I've only stayed at Radisson once for 7 hours in Denver about a year ago.

Radisson Plaza Cairns is one of the best (if not the best) hotels in Cairns. Location is great, right on the waterfront, next to a nice shopping center. Haven't seen the rooms there, but lobby is truly beautiful.

Radisson presence gone?
 

It looks like Cairns Plaza Hotel may not be associated with Radisson anymore. Can anyone confirm that? Does this mean Club Carlson no longer has any presence in Cairns?
