Has anyone visited this property? Reviews?

I am meeting up with a fellow FTer for beverages in BEY in late Oct and trying to decide on where to stay. I believe the only requirement is the distance to good shawarma

:D The hotel is not is a GREAT area necessarily but it's not bad either. I haven't stayed there but I am told it's okay. The nice thing about this place is that it's a short walk from Zeitouny Bay (a collection of restaurants and coffee shops by the sea). Mind you with your visit being planned for the end of October, I am not sure if the weather will be very cooperative :)

I appreciate finding this thread. With the lukewarm comments here and on TA, I think I'll look further.
