CC points on non qualifying room rate ?
 

Hi all.

Just a quick question, iv just completed a stay at the radisson Blu in Jersey.

I'm under the impression that I'll not get CC points for my stay due to it being booked as a package including flights and booked through BA.

However I assume i should still receive points for anything charged to my room ?

Incidentally CC gold but hotel say they don't recognise or upgrade on non eligible rates !

If your stay is booked in an ineligible fashion, such as a third party or special offer, you do not get points for anything you purchase during that stay. This is because the "stay" itself is deemed ineligible for points.

Well a bit of an update, iv just had 60,000 odd points post and this has been my only club Carlson stay so far this year :D

I wonder if I would have an argument looking at the rate description for the PP Utrecht under the FF rate......

Totally lost me, fairly new to the CC scheme.

Can anyone shed any light on what 60,500 CC points is good for ?
