Radisson copmpared to competition
 

I travel a lot but staying at hotels will be a rather new experience for me, so I want input on who has the best benefits programs?! Radisson, Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott or Choice?

Based on Hyatt's non existing Scandinavia locations I can not use it. The same goes for Hilton. Other then that they have many nice and convenient locations. So, what does the paper say, and what do you say? What is your option on this?

Who has the best rewards program of Radisson or Choice Hotels ( Clarion )?
What chain is best for both business and personal travel? What chain has the best, both updated and clean, rooms?

All and any input on this is highly appreciated! Thanks.

I have no personla experience with Carlson but I have signed up today and will use it first next week. I did it due to non or less availability in north Europe.

Usualy I have traveld last year all with SPG and I like this program. Also for private reason. Very good quarterly actions you can participate. And also booking with points and money is a nice one especiall for privat reason and expensive hotels.

Hilton and Hyatt does not make any sence in that reagon the only one I really think about right now is priorityclub. I think this can make some good benfit but mainly for business.

What I personly do not like that I need to waist much time to be updated with all these program and promo codes etc.

I think it's purely your travel pattern and personal preferation.
For me Radisson (GPP) is the best program, as I'm staying 70% of my travel either in Park Plaza or Radisson. I also make the most use of 4 for 2 and 2for1 promotion, which for me is the best deal i can find. Also - if you collect a fair few points - the redemption at 100 000 - to airline miles is pretty generous - compared to some other programs.
