Login impossible

Using Radisson rarely as I hold top tiers with other brands.
But 2 weeks ago I found out I cant log in any more - both at the webside and in the app.
Passwort reset I can do - but afterwards it states again that the email address or the password is not correct.
Calling the hotline suggests emailing customer care - no reply since a week.
FB support answered quick but has limited right.
Again hotline: reinstall app (useless suggestion as desktop login is not working as well).
Any suggestions what I can do?
Thank you!

We are a few weeks later and still no solution. After several mails with them I give up. The only thing they do is giving a stardard reply . Hopeless.

I found a solution, offered by a very friendly agent:
Open a new account on a different email adress and afterwards get your points transfered.
It worked for me.

I have had this problem for over two months and have opened several tickets and lastly called in late July. While the second tier agent was friendly I have not heard back 7-10 business days as promised. I can try your suggestion but how did you get the points moved?

Are you logging in on the correct website? I thought I had the same problem, but realized that there are two different websites:

https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/

https://www.radissonhotelsamericas.com/en-us/

I can log in on the second one, but not the first.

After several mails and telephones i got the solution . I had to create a new account and I had to ask them a points transfer from the old account to the new one. 2 days later the new account was active with the points on it.

How does this approach affect the expiry date of your points? Do you get another year from the new date of transfer?

Did Radisson change ownership or something happen to their points program? I also had the above similar login problems, and customer service over email was absolutely unhelpful. I had an account with like 150,000 points in it, and this was their reply to my question on how come my login (with my Radisson # provided) didn't work any more.

"...Dear <xyz> ,
Thank you for taking the time to write and for being a Radisson Rewards Member.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
We would like to inform you that your given Radisson Reward account number does not exist with a loyalty program.
We appreciate the opportunity to assist you.
Regards,
<S>, Global Customer Care Specialist"
.
Thanks for nothing, customer care.

Is the suggestion from above to just make a phone call? I find that in the Radisson customer contact dropdown list, the US is not even shown. Is that a little odd? https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/contact-us

*** Well, I may have just answered my own question above. For some reason, it appears that Radisson separated into 2 entities, one specifically for Americas -- is that right?

I can log into my account through www.radissonhotelsamericas.com, but not the more intuitively named www.radisson.com site.

This is really odd. I don't know why they wouldn't make this more prominently known on the website for people to understand. It's a little bit stupid.

You might want to see this thread Radisson to split into 2 programs: North America & rest of world, in June 2021

I have not tried to log into radissonamericas site because 99-100% of my stays are outside NA. Customer Support is useless over the phone as well - they didn't even have a ticket number available for my last call so my "7-10 business days" never materialised, I called back a month later and am again "7-10 business days". This is annoying as I have a city I go to where Radisson is the only international chain hotel.

Can the transfer of points from the old account to the new account only work by calling them or is there a way to trigger this online as well??

Having created a new account in the European section (as advised here on FT), I now see this requirement in the 'Global Transfer' section:

*In order to process a Global Points Transfer your name and email address between both programs must match.

What now??
