3,000 bonus points with Extras Partners

I received the email to participate in this promotion on October 23 and followed the Extra tab on the app and made an iTunes purchase.
I saw where the T&C state the points should post 7-10 days after purchase. My points have not posted after a month so I used the Live Chat function to correspond with an agent.
The agent told me she could not locate anything in the T&C for the promotion that indicate I would receive 3,000 bonus points after my first purchase. She recommended that I email customer service and attach a screen shot of the email (which I did).
Will update when reply received.

Had to chase CC, but I also received 3,000 points as Discretionary Point Addition.

I Bought It Now for $188 on Ebay via the Carlson app on Nov. 27 & was promised 1128 points @ 6pp$ + 3000 bonus within 30 days (Dec. 27,) but I too have been Scrooged! So today I've used Carlson's Email Us on their Website to report this. I included the link in Expat_852's OP for reference. I shall report here when I get points &or a response. Thank you all.

I just checked my account today and was pleased to see that the 3000 points plus another 16 points for my ebay purchase had posted, just under the wire within the 30 days of the email from CC.

I got my 1128 points for "Partner Points - eBay - Nov 27 2017" on Jan. 17, then a "Discretionary Point Addition" of 3000 points on Jan. 20 along with an email from Club Carlson to apologize, which said the 1128 should have automatically triggered the 3000. To my pleasant surprise, I got another "Discretionary Point Addition" of 3K on Jan. 30

So now no more 3000 bonus points, but for purchases at eBay using the app (if it shows up), so I just want to double check, you get 5 points per dollar for any purchase and another 6 points using the app? So, a total of 11 points per dollar?

Vincewy, I got 6 pp$ total naturally (but slowly.) Gee, if I can get 5 pp$ using a laptop, I'd rather do that & avoid the PITA of using the app. (small keys, etc.!)

It seems that extras tab is now empty for more than a week. First eBay disappeared, and then all the others, and the last time I received points was in the beginning of June for purchases in April. Two other purchases which were made later didn't post at all.
