no letters for me or my wife.
Any common denominator of who received the letters?
1) Spent $10k - I think someone upthread said they didn't spend the $10k - I just spent $2k to get the bonus
2) Paid annual fee? - I haven't paid mine yet
Also, I don't see a USbank retention thread, can someone point to where folks are talking about getting the $75 fee back?

I spent (much) more than 10K on all the cards.
-Recently paid the renewal fee on one card. (Which posted the free US night recently, as well, but still waiting for my 40K points) This card now has a retention bonus of 7500, a courtesy bonus of 7500, the free night in the US, the free night anywhere, and the 40K points on the way. Score!
-Previously paid the renewal fee on two other cards.
-They are the Signature cards (highest level), 2 biz, one personal.
Thanks all for the reminder that there are free versions of this card. It might be a good choice for some, instead of cancelling.

I've had the card for about a year and a half (so I've paid the renewal annual fee), and have received no letter in the mail and nothing has been posted to my CC account, unfortunately.
Elsewhere people are reporting that the "rates" tied to these E-certificates have not been loaded yet. It'll be interesting to see if they will work the same as award nights or if they will be subject to capacity controls or blackout dates.

I too received the letters for my Personal and Business account. Both have minimal spend.
Waiting to see if my wife gets it.
But yes, very nice, I will redeem at 70K for London
