Check in 4/30, check out 5/1, stay points posted 5/6. No 30K bonus yet for this CC Visa cardholder. Who do I contact? US Bank or Club Carlson?

If you see the earlier posts in the thread, the 30k points have taken anywhere from 1-3 weeks after the stay to post. You can contact Club Carlson, but they're very likely just going to ask you to wait "6-8 weeks."

I will be checking out later today from a paid stay in India (Park plaza). I MUST use my Corporate card to pay the bill, so I was planning to split the payment and make a small $ payment on my personal Club carlson CC towards something that I charged to my room.

Do you guys think it will trigger the 30k bonus?

Well, this is interesting. I booked a 4 night stay on the 4for2 rate. It was paid for using a different credit card (Sapphire Preferred). Four days after checkout, I have the below:



The room points are correct for the total cash I paid for the stay. So...a 4for2 stay, paid for with a different credit card, still triggered the bonus. I did make the booking back in April before all the announcements, if that affects anything.

Just an update - 30k did not post despite paying the folio split with 2 cards including the club carlson visa.

Completed stay May 8th. Regular points posted, no bonus so far. Had to tweet CC twice to get a response. They emailed back, are looking into it.....I have explained the exact nature of the benefit, they seem to be ignorant of this promotion. I told them about the deadline and the need to complete my UK bookings. Its getting tight for 5/31.

Anybody didn't get it know how to get it? I stayed 2 weeks ago, on a prepaid rate with my card. Haven't gotten anything yet. Called them and she said she has to ask a supervisor to investigate. Seriously?
