This means that the only Oneworld airlines not in the LX programme as BA (as has been discussed at length), Aer Lingus and Lan Chile.

Aer Lingus is already codesharing with Swiss on the Dublin routes. Based on this perhaps a closer collaboration can be established in the future.

Anyone know if we'll still be allowed to mix and match airlines?
EG mixing LX and SAA on a routing or LX and AA?
Under the old rules you couldn't mix CX or MS so I imagine that will be the same.

EG (Japan Asia Airlines) mixing LX(SWISS Air Lines) and SAA(South African Airways) or LX and AA(American Airlines).
Under the old rules you couldn't mix CX(Cathay Pacific Airlines) or MS(Egypt Air) so I imagine that will be the same.
Stephen,
What kind of FFP you are talking about?

"EG" was supposed to mean "for example".
MS was supposed to be Malaysian but I got the code wrong.
OOOPs (and, no, that's not meant to be an airline)

Only bonus miles on the airlines mentioned for Swiss Travelclub? That leaves the ground a bit thin for collecting those club miles, a shame, as I have a number of Cathay and Qantas flights coming up.

Concerto,
You can collect LX Club miles on AA flight if your tket has an LX number only.
So if you are flying on an AA flight with an AA number and not an LX number you will only get bonus miles.

Hello!
Yes, SAA was mentioned as a future Swiss-Travel-Club-Partner and disappeared without any notice a few days ago.
It's a bit amazing, because LX is mentioned on SAA's-website as a partner of SAA's FFP "Voyager". There is nowhere a notice that LX will leave "Voyager".
BTW: What happens with Turkish Airlines? On it's FFP (miles&miles), the only remaining European partner is TAP, but TK is not on the list as a future Navigator-partner.
Greetings from MUC
