Air Lib transatlantic low-cost - will it earn miles

Air Lib Express offers flights between Paris (PAR) and Fort De France, Martinique (FDF) for 83 eur (one way). Return from FDF to PAR is 63 EUR. Do those flights earn miles? According to Qualiflyer website "most domestic flights within France operated by AirLibExpress are excluded"

Thanks for answers

I very honestly doubt it. Not miles on Europe AL Express flights, I doubt you'll get any on the long-haul ones.

The problem is that Paris - Fort de France is a domestic flight...

AirLib Express low cost routings such as PAR-FDF and PAR-PTP are not eligible to earn miles.
