New Food & Beverage Concept for SWISS

SWISS plans to introduce a new catering concept for onboard cuisine.
Destination Excellence Food & Beverage.

It'll be interesting to see how this will work out. It would be nice if Horst Petermann, Philippe Rochat, Jean-Paul Goddard, Philippe Chevrier, Bernard Ravet, and Beat Bolliger can be enlisted to advise on SWISS onboard cuisine. However, such advise might be too costly.

The food may finally get better/edible on long haul routes in Y but I bet you the deserts which are always good will remain "matchbox" mini size.

I agree with you Bretteee,

Hope the New Food & Beverage Concept for SWISS will bring us better hot food on board.

The "new Sandwich Concept" which was taken from old Crossair is quite good. At least on the short flights.

Lets hope they will go on.
