The fare is not in the system anymore. It seems that it was a programming error in the fare database.

I have an eticket confirmation only for 2 tickets Aug02 to Aug07 , 2003 with a stopover in Geneva.
I have a confirmed screen shot of my booking and an email but nothing else. I will see if they process the transaction on my cc.

Do you have an e-mail from [email protected] with a reservation confirmation or an e-tkt recepit with a subject line like ELECTRONIC TICKET PASSENGER RECEIPT AND ITINERARY from [email protected] or similar?

If it is an E-Tkt receipt you're fare is guaranteed and you have nothing to worry. But if it is not - I would not raise any attention with Swiss in order to prohibit them from cancelling the reservation or not honoring the fare.

davistev, I'd definitively require them to send you the real e>ticket confirmation, or better yet ask them if they can send you paper tickets (even though that doesn't yield you bonus miles).
I've made a quick calculation for the thing ch_usa and I have in mind:
ZRH-LON 1000* + 1000 youth + 500 e>ticket
LON-ZRH 1000* + 1000 youth + 500 e>ticket
ZRH-EZE 7031* + 2000 youth + 500 e>ticket
return
50% C bonus on Status miles
Total = 27093 Status + 11000 Bonus Miles
