QGTC upgrade in CX First

As an actual travelclub member (or Swiss Travelclub Silver as they will call it from january 1st 2003), can I get an upgrade from Business to First on a CX flight LHR-HKG-TPE and TPE-HKG-FRA?

Operational upgrade? After all other CX Marco Polo members and Oneworld passengers.
