SR - TAP 25% - 34% - 39%
SR has a 25% stake in TAP (portuguese). They are in talks to increase their engasgement to 34% with an option for another 5%. TAP is already a Qualiflyer partner.

Dez (Reuters) - Die SAirGroup will eine grössere Beteiligung als ursprünglich geplant an der portugiesischen Fluglinie Transportes Aeros Portugueses übernehmen. Ein Sprecher der SAir bestätigte am Mittwoch einen Bericht der "Neuen Zürcher Zeitung" (NZZ), wonach die Gesellschaft über einen Anteil von 34 Prozent an TAP verhandle. "Wir haben eine neue Offerte gemacht, es geht um 34 Prozent mit einer Option auf weitere fünf Prozent," erklärte ein SAir-Sprecher am Mittwoch auf Anfrage. |
how come sr didn't take tap with them when leaving the dl program? that seems real odd considering their stake in them as well as thier qualiflyer affiliation?
