Error trying to find award availability?
 

Seeing a rather weird issue where I'm trying to find award fares. I'm logged in and put in my details (departure and arrival cities, one way, and the date, checked the "book with avios" box) and click search. I then get presented with a calendar with the number of points, but when I click on any date and then next, it reloads the calendar, and then all of a sudden, there's nothing available. I click next again, and it reloads and gives me dates with points again, but this time, the points are lesser. However, I can never go beyond this screen.

Seeing this issue on Safari and Chrome. Is it just me? Is there a way around this? Thanks!

It's happened to me, too. No idea what the problem is or if there is a workaround. I don't have the time or the patience to deal with it, so I just wait a few hours then try again. That usually does it. If not, I rinse and repeat.

I find everything about their app and website overly wonky. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. As mentioned above, wait, try again usually is the best fix. If it is something urgent, I will text the WA PLAT Team, they are usually responsive and helpful.

Same issue as previously - log in and keeps just showing a calendar but no flights

Did you ever get it resolved? I tried at different times and sometimes, it shows up

having same issue- will not allow me to select calendar dates at all

Works for me on the Iphone app to see award availability, but when I go on the website on a computer the calendar just keeps showing up and wont advance to show the actual flights.

Quite annoying for sure....I tried clearing cookies on the computer and everything with no luck.
