QR avios boost problem
Has anybody had the below issue when boosting avios with QR? I've only used boost once previously for about 10k miles....as usual I'm getting generic responses and hitting a wall with customer service, seems I'll be unable to do this any time soon. Thought I'd post here in case anybody has had this problem before and found a solution?https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...0e146be366.jpg

Were you able to resolve this? I have the same issue.

Alright thanks for the update. Unfortunately I don’t have status so no WhatsApp for me. Chat and Facebook have not been of much help so far. But good know it might be possible, so I’ll try to get it escalated to some tech support. Would you happen to know where it was escalated to where they managed to solve it?

All I got was the "concerned team" fixed the error. They called me by phone to let me know it was done and to try it again. My best advice is keep pushing because it is something that can be fixed.

Yes, I will pursue this further. Thanks!

So they have been giving me the runaround for about a week now and in general keep coming back to „transferred points cannot be boosted“ which I guess applies to Avios transfers from BAEC etc but I’m trying to boost an Amex points transfer. I’m quite sure cc points transfers should be boostable, in fact there is a blog post out there on mainlymiles about this but not with Amex points... Anyone happen to have a screenshot of an Amex points transfer inside the boosting page that shows this is in fact possible, that I could show them? Thanks!
