Pre-Select Dining Issues
I am flying from HKT - DOH - SEA in about two weeks. Pre-Select meal is open however, my selection does not seem to be saving. I have tried on a web browser, I select my option, with no issue, but when I got back into preslect meals my option is not saved. I then tried on the app, selected my preferred meal and got an error message "the selected meal is not available", I selected my second choice and got the same error.
Has anyone run into the issue? Is there a work around, as I have never had lobster before I am really itching to try the Lobster Thermador.

I hit save every time, but it doesn't save. I may try calling this is odd. I have tried the app, chrome, and firefox.

had that happen to me consistently with 80% of my flights lately. Once I actually could save my choice AND I actually had my printed BP in hand, my meal choice was printed on it, but.... the FA claimed: " sorry Sir, we have no record of a preordered meal" (was preordered 2 weeks prior)
So something is wrong on the backend of QRs IT i believe.
