DUB - BKK --- 6hr delay - No EU Compensation yet!
Dear community, has anyone had an issue with Qatar sending the banking/payment link so one can receive EU compensation but the payment never arriving in bank acct? My DUB - BKK flight was in July 2022. Delay was almost 6hrs I was assured payment would be in November, didn't arrive in my bank and all of my follow ups with their customer service since have not been responded to.
