Qatar Airways lost and found problems

Qatar Airways lost and found problems

Hi Everyone

I lost my wallet on a flight from MEL to JFK via DOH.
I sent a lost and found request on their webpage and they told me they found it within a day. They also told me they would be sending it to JFK on the first avaliable flight.
This is when the problems started. I has now been a week and when I called the lost and found at doha, they told me they are waiting on confirmation from the qatar team at JFK who have not been replying to them.
I am at a loss on what to do.

Does anyone know who I can contact and what to do?

Go to JFK and talk with the QR supervisor there?

Yep, you need to get hold of the station manager/supervisor of QR at JFK.
