What does this code mean? E*
 

Does anyone know what the E* code stands for with Qatar?
My itinerary was emailed by a Qatar representative and it has an E* code right at the end of my flight details.

I think it's a holdover back from the pre-2007 days when paper and electronic tickets existed. The "E" basically identifies flight segment in the reservations system as being electronic ticketing eligible. If an "N" is shown instead, it means the segment can only be issued on a paper ticket (this doesn't exist anymore).
