QR to start SFO on 15 December 2020
 

So QR announced they will start service to SFO 4x a week from 15 December.

Would definitely be great to see QR at SFO.

I just looked at some fares in January for my usual travel SFO-CCU RT in J - $10k. Ridiculous

I think it is still closer to $7k ex LAX.

Yes I know AI/UA are inferior, but they are at $3k/$3.6k respectively

let’s see if they actually start, and if they do, how long they operate.

Flights must be doing OK, as they have upgaged to a 350-1000 on a few of the days and now operate 5 days a week instead of 4.

Probably helps that EK isn’t flying.
