The service is almost the same when flying QR compared to pre-COVID.
Both in Business Class and Economy Class.

We just flew from BJV to DOH in Y and DOH to ORD in J.
It's been a few years since we flew QR, I really can't tell if it was any different at all. Excellent crew, great service, great food.
Long but very good flight.
