I'm getting same error as previous poster. Looking at stop-over in DOH in November, so don't think dates are issue.

"No fare can be found for the flights and/or cabins you selected. Please search again and select another cabin and/or different flights. (5685 - 2201)."
even without using a promo code.

Does unlimited changes possible mean you could basically have an outbound flight on any available date in 2021, even though you initially need to book an outbound before 10 Dec to comply with T&Cs?

I've started some initial searching, and pretty much everything from east coast to Europe s requiring a near day long layover in Doha. Any routes that avoid this, or is this just part of the game here? I'm certainly fine with repositioning but not if that stop is practically mandatory.

Still Waiting...
Same here. It doesn't appear to be a raffle so I don't know. My assumption was that once you get that confirmation, you should receive the email.

Trying to sign my wife (a physician) up but keep getting an error "We are currently receiving too many requests and unable to successfully accept your submission. Please try again."
edit* geez, now seeing the "daily promo code allotment for you country has been reached"

Have been trying every day for Mrs Wilsnunn, so far no success, it is very frustrating, I wish it was done as a raffle instead of a "first come first served" system with the website failing to accept so many submissions.

I started to look at this a few days ago (I'm not eligible, but gf is), and spent few minutes at midnight DOHA time submitting and re-submitting the same request until I got through. A minor tip for others: you don't need to fill in all the information to submit again. Click submit and wait for a response ("too many requests" most likely). If you want to submit the same info again, click the submit button again. If you cannot click the button again because it's ghosted, un-click and click the "I agree to Qatar Airways’ terms and conditions" button, and the submit button should become clickable again.
Took me three evenings, trying for one or two minutes each evening, before getting through too the "Thank you for submitting your details. ..." response, which I gather from other posters here means I can hope to receive an email with a promo code in a few days. On the first two evenings, whatever quota they use for my country ran out after a few minutes. Perhaps things are getting easier now, as I'm guessing a lot of people have given up due to the non-responsive webinterface.

I wish that were the case, at least for those of us US based. I tried multiple times at midnight Doha time just ~30min ago and kept getting the too many submissions. It only took 10 minutes before I got the "allotment for your country has been reached."
