I received a code about 48 hours after submitting on the first day of the promotion.

I'm trying to look at multi-city itineraries with stop in DOH in the middle to utilize a stopover, but the qatar website gives me an error message every time I get to the point of pricing out a multi-city itinerary, regardless of entering the promo code. Anyone else having problems with this?

Yes, the same. I tried various multicity options, no success at all.
Maybe you should try with the current rebooking policy. Book a single return, then call Qatar to change it with a stopover on one of the legs.

Hi I received codes after 48 hrs. . On checking availability , it books into W class. Is any possibility of upgrade - cash or Q miles.

From another forum, it seem like most of the East Coast options (assuming you're from the US) are limited; however, West Coast departure such as LAX is widely open. And make sure there are no codeshare. For examples, I first tried to book PHX - (LAX) - (DOH) - SGN. However the code won't work, so I have to change mine to LAX - (DOH) - SGN then the code work.

https://www.qatarairways.com/en/offe...id=EMALL763390 using that original link, scroll all the way down, you will see all the departure and destination points under "Qatar Airways Destination" that's how I would search. Almost all traveling has to be routed to DOH.

I was able to booked multi-city, a stop over in DOH, so what I did, LAX - DOH (one date) , then DOH - SGN (a different date), and then a return SGN-LAX (return date) and it took so I would try that.

Per the rules, W class is not upgradeable with miles under the terms and conditions of this promo.

How much longer after? I submitted on day one within one hour of the promotion start.

Looking at booking something with my code. I understand that these are fully changeable/cancelable without penalty, but it's unclear to me - if I decide to cancel, will I be refunded? If I cancelled would I be able to rebook using the code (in the case that I wanted to change the companion on the booking - it seems name changes are not allowed).

Also, I assume the date changes would have to fall within the initial dates of the promo - i.e. I cannot book something for travel prior to 12/10, but then later change the dates to 2021?

Same as for me. Registered on 12th (a couple of minutes after 23h), received Promo code 2 days later (14th at 23:50).
I tried the code (without booking anything) and it seemed fine (e.g MUC-DOH-SIN for 2 people return ca. 250 EUR).
However, I hoped I would be able to book a multi-city trip, but can't find a way to build a route on QR website (even for 2-3 days DOH stopover).
Any tips/help for the building multi-city trip starting in Munich (MUC) and going to ANY of these destinations: Maldives, Seychelles, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Colombo?
1 year ago it worked fine on QR website for a trip MUC-DOH-BKK-DOH-(stopover 2 days)-MUC, now for the same route I get the error (even without promo code).

Tip:
Email duplication is validated on Qatar side before the quota limit. It means if I (or someone else who got the code) try now again to apply even though daily quota has been reached, I will see a message that I've already applied. So for all of you who are not sure if you applied successfully or not, if you see a message "Daily quota has been reached..." it means your application wasn't accepted, don't wait 72 hours or something, better try again when they reset daily limits at 00:01 Doha time.

I am trying to use the promo code to book tickets for my wife and I.
We also have a daughter (2+ yr old) and I am hoping that we can use the promo code to pay for the 2 adult tickets and pay ourselves for the child ticket.

Booking system doesn’t allow that for some reason.. has anyone faced same issue?

How did people manage to get Qatar to successfully accept your form? Was it within the first 10 minutes or later? Did you click repeatedly or fill out the form each time?

I personally, loaded the page and filled in the form by 22:58 (only once) and then waited until 23:00 and clicked on "Submit". It took me 2-3 times clicking on "Submit" until it was accepted (some captcha renewals and error messages for the first attempts). I think all codes are booked probably by 23:10.

Check your spam folder or on g-mail "Promotions" folder. This is where my wife found hers.

If I were you I’d call them and find out if I can book a ticket for the minor over the phone so they can override/attach that reservation to yours.

Qatar/Doha is currently closed to all passengers and allowing transit only. If your dates are quite close in you may be falling foul of restrictions put around this.

So if I book a flight today, but need to change the flight later on, do I still get to use the promo code for the rebooking? It says there are no change fees, but that would be moot if I cannot book another promo fare. I am looking at booking a September flight, but of course there is no way to know what borders will be open in September.
