Bit disappointing, It's 404 Not Found now. I thought their system would be a bit more robust. I can't imagine thousands of people to be onto this, but maybe I am wrong.

I can see the form to input your information as well here on the US site, but the "Submit" button is grayed out for me.

Managed to get a "received" email. Submit was grayed out though most of the time. Not sure what I did to make it suddenly go through

It finally loaded on my phone when I disconnected from Wi-Fi and used my cellular data. However, when I clicked submit it stated that the promo codes for my country were used up for today.

‘Submit’ button greyed out for me in the UK. I guess all the allocation has already gone for the evening.

Was able to fill out the form in Germany several times, But also submit button was gray...

Initially said, fares were exhausted for the day, and now the submit button is greyed out. Can't expect much from Qatar.

Enough time (a precious hour of free time) wasted on this for the evening. The BA approach of never giving anything away is better than this nonsense of QR advertising that doesn’t actually materialise into anything.
