Is this just a problem for German medical workers or even for winner from other countries.
Input to the comments and email to loyalty Lobby might help affected people.
Please correct me if Im wrong, but I take this as the winner of the promotion trying to be proactive rather than encountering this problem at check in. Itd be interesting to read the first accounts on how the checkin process goes.

Looks to me as well, but in the article there is a hope for understanding from QR. My wife is also a doctor in Munich, and she has only this kind of identification known as "Doctor ID/Arztausweis":

I'm working in a small medical clinic in Australia as a nurse we don't have ID there.
I have provided AHRA registration into submission form but looks like it is not good enough for QR. I do have a letter from my employer and AHRA registration. Tried to clarify with QR but also received a generic answer.
It is very risky to take leave for me and my partner plus additional tickets and not be accepted as a passenger.

When I called to make a change to my booking I asked the rep a few questions and they could not see anything regarding the promo or any requirements. So Im really hoping the first of us take their flight and let us know how the check in process went. Im hoping well have more info by September/October. Hopefully its not too late for backup plans or to cancel the vacation/leave time. Nobody in Qatar has a clue it seems, unfortunately. Were trying to do the right thing by being proactive but they really dont know.

How did you change the date do you need to call to local QR office? When I book the flights there are no many flights were available for the promotion price. How they re book tickets? Thank you again

I think the same. Proactive discussion instead of bad luck on checkin would be my choice. I think writing the issue to QR and to the loyalty Lobby to help them on pushing QR might be good. I will do so!

I would emphasize to write again to QR as well as to Loyalty Lobby to push QR.

Has anyone managed to successfully book flights using the promo code supplied in the email? If so, what dates and route?

I've tried searching for several destinations across various dates including BKK, HKT, CPT and I keep getting the message "This offer is not applicable for the specified route."

Booked mine for australia which is stil on hold for november given the current situation. Booked it when I recevied the code which was 48hours from when I applied.

Sounds like the issue may be with your initial flight to DOH; if all of the eligible seats on that flight are taken, then no routing will be possible.

I'm from Victoria Australia currently we are in lockdown. I have booked a ticket using promotion to September however not able to receive exit permission to go away from Australia. Tried to call to Qatar head office in order to reschedule the ticket but promotional tickets it is not available anymore. So no help and no use of these tickets. Any advice? Thank you.

These healthcare tickets are in Economy Flex category, but no changes are possible afterwards?
I hope QR will consider extending validity of these vouchers/promo codes to 2021, because by 12/2020 most of them will not be used.

Did they stop allowing the free change and modify booking? It used to be working well. Now when I try to change it gives me this error:
"We are unable to find recommendations for your search. Please change your search criteria and resubmit the search. Please visit our Offers page to explore other options"
