OTP for login
Hi,

Since this morning I've been asked to insert a one time password each time I log in my privilege account. Others concern by this or am I alone. Very annoying.

You can switch this off once you have logged in. You might need to be using the desktop site though.

Go to profile and switch OTP to transactions only

Thanks for the feedback.

Yes, the option to update OTP preferences is not available at the moment. Don't worry, we are aware this has recently changed.

OTP will continue to be prompted during login.
