Think I figured this out... the Guaranteed Flexibility is only if you buy tickets directly from Qatar Airways or a travel agent buys it from Qatar Airways... it won't apply to any tickets purchased through third party brokers or discounters and the less flexible rules rules/conditions are written to cover that.

Great, they canceled my flight and I’m back. My SEA-DOH-PNH got canceled in September.
Now I remember people said to not do anything when your reservation gets canceled because you have so many rights once THEY cancel the flight for operational reasons. So now I guess I just wait?

I can’t find flights SEA-PNH on QR. Did they cancel flights to PNH, I can’t pull up a schedule.

This is not a good time to consider travel to PNH. What the situation will be in September is pure guess.
PNH is not a major destination for QR. They have cancelled till end-October. I doubt that they will resume then, pending a miracle.

The covid situation in Cambodia is getting bad. There were almost no case in February, a slow increase in March and a huge surge in April. Not many tests reformed.
This is not a good time to consider travel to PNH. What the situation will be in September is pure guess.

Yes, you are entitled to a change of destination which could be maximum 500 miles away from PNH.

Phuket may open in July and the other tourist areas in Oct. Most of SE Asia is still closed to tourism and probably will be until 4th quarter or even next year. I know Australia has stated it has no plans on opening before 2022...
