Can Y pax purchase lounge access at DOH
Friend of mine is transferring at DOH in QR economy and has no OW status. Can he purchase lounge access at Al Moujan.... assume no? Are there any other pay for lounge options?

I think the business and first lounges are both up for purchase (as in the QR OW business and first lounges, if the 2 “proper” ones are off limits)

I think you can purchase Al Mourjan lounge access online on Manage Booking or 'Upgrade'.
