How long does it take for QR to credit my miles to AA?
 

I flew QR J CGK-LHR two weeks ago (Sep 16) and hasn’t seen my miles credited on AA. I was flying with my mom and I took a look at her CX MPC, it hasn’t been credited either(?) I claimed with AA two days ago. Anyone has recent experience with this?

Full disclosure: I originally booked R but was rebooked in J by their office due to equipment swap involving Q suites.

I flew QR class R (discount business) last year and was credited about a week after my flight.

Took nearly a month last time I flew them....

It can take a while from both sides. I flew CX in June and was awarded QR points and miles within 48 hours. On the return portion, I had to follow up with QR twice and the points were awarded this week. Just keep at them and they will help you out. However, get the email paper trail going early.

After a week with no credit on my outbound, I contacted AA. They in turn contacted QR and it took another week, On inbound, waited a week, contacted AA and it took another week for the miles to credit to AA account.

The outbound segments of my round trip posted in 3 days (had put my AA number in booking). Haven’t gotten the return segments yet but it’s only been 24 hours.
