LHR Lounge access

Can anybody please inform me which lounge i can use as a Qatar gold card holder but flying in economy class.
I understand that the Qatar lounge is only for Business Class booked passengers.
I will be in transit and therefore don't use the Qatar check-in to ask.
Thanks for all information.

What terminal will you be in for your departing flight?

If you are on Qatar metal (you don't actually definitively say) then you'll have access to the Skyteam lounge

Yes i fly on Qatar to Doha from LHR.
I believe that i also should have access to the Malaysian Airways Golden Lounge. (Terminal 4)
Is this correct and which lounge should be preferred ?
I will be in transit around 17:00

Yes you're also eligible to use the Malaysia Airlines lounge. Note it only opens ahead of the 2 daily MH flights so you might have a short wait for it to open for passengers that have checked in for the 9.30pm flight to KUL

both are fine. Skyteam is a bit bigger but a bit more crowded, both have decent food by lounge standards. Mh is closer to the gates qr flights use much of the time (close to the qr lounge, Skyteam lounge is the other side of the concourse but check if gate for your flight is known first.

Had a nice meal and a couple of glasses of champagne in the MH First section back in March - had to be a little rushed because QR check-in was a bit of a disaster. MH Business section was pretty empty too (this was before the 8:30 flight).
