Nothing really spectacular, as far as I can see. Perhaps the video screens are a bit bigger?

Screens look absurdly large! Otherwise difficult to tell anything due to the seats being occupied - guess we'll wait for a write-up to find out what the other "changes" are.

well in fairness, the seat does look much wider round about the shoulders. And the more you look at it the more it gives off a hybrid PEY-Y seat feel... which may just be because of the huge monitors

I've changed the thread title to reflect the fact that this seems to be an upgrade to Economy as a Class, opposed to just the seat.

An amenity kit seems to be provided, as well as a blanket (already offered I believe).

The IFE screen has grown in size, and is fully touch-screen.

The QR App seems to appear, so I wonder if NFC technology will be available too (as per the QSuite, which AAB made mention of in his welcome speech).

Additionally, it looks like there will be a major service improvement - purely based on the video shown

Interested to see how the recline works and how much it affects passengers when the seat in front is fully reclined.

given how many have tried to introduce fixed backed seating and failed (i.e. Cathay, ANA) I wonder how this is going to be any different

Exactly what does the 19 inch recline entail? Between what points is that measured?
No mentions about seat width and pitch?

I read it as 19 degrees of recline - not inches.

19 degree was my reading there...?

EDIT: in response to CSW rather than the Business Insider bit.

Ah, that makes more sense, thank you.

Still not sure how that compares to other airlines though.

I see two different (potential) headphone sockets. The two prong setup left of the screen as well as another one that looks like the usual 3.5mm variety.
Additionally the USB socket looks like a USB 3 Type A (blue plastic inside) type and not the USB-C that is mentioned on the slides.
On one of the photos it looks like there is a USB-C socket on knee level. There's no regular power socket.
