Happy New Year all.
To begin 2019, I am delighted to say that Qatar Airways have provided Flyertalk with a Company Representative.
I will let @goingplacestogether make an introduction, but I'm sure the regulars on the QR Forum will be thrilled with the news.

Indeed a welcome step forward, frequent-flyers are IME often experienced business-people who care about the airline they use, and it will be good to know that their views & ideas are being taken more-seriously.
Perhaps the new representative might like to start a "Suggestions-Box" thread, for feedback, if that is to be part of their role ?
